Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a 7-day size exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in cases where:

• The product received is damaged.

• The product received is defective.

• An incorrect item was delivered.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos for verification.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused by misuse, or missing original tags will not qualify for return or exchange.

Exchange approval is subject to product availability.

VORQE reserves the right to reject exchange or return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
